Orders may be placed via e-mail quality@eternaldelight.net . Please be sure to include your phone number so we can contact you if needed. Email communication will be used to contact you with any questions and update you with shipping and tracking information.

PROCESSING TIME

We strive to process all orders within two business days (Monday-Friday). You will be notified if there will be a significant shipping delay.

SHIPPING METHOD AND COSTS

We use New Zealand Post standard parcel rates. To determine the estimated shipping charges for your order, please contact us. Soon we will have a shopping cart where you can click on the "calculate shipping" link for shipping rates.

New Zealand Post offers several shipping options, please contact us to get the details.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We can offer international shipping for a number of our products excluding Water Kefir Grains & Kombucha Cultures. International orders are send according on the shipping method selected by the customer.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRODUCT SHIPMENT

Once an order has been delivered to the postal carrier, Eternal Delight Ltd is no longer responsible for the contents. We encourage customers to use the tracking information provided to them to track shipments and retrieve their items promptly.  Please note, starter cultures are sensitive to extreme temperatures and should be removed from the mail box promptly and placed in the refrigerator or the freezer.  Cultured vegetables/condiments are shipped in a chilled state and should be placed in the refrigerator or freezer.
